On the martial side, we engage in overcoming challenges and imposing one's will on the external world. Integrating ancient practices like Iron Hand, Golden Bell, and Diamond Legs, practitioners break wood, bricks, rocks, and granite, enhancing both physical prowess and self-defense skills. This empowerment helps build confidence in navigating social settings.

TLI Yoga Martial Lab seeks to fortify the body and mind, empowering individuals to confront fear and maintain clarity during challenging moments. This integration creates what we call a martial yogi, symbolized in various Eastern cultures as icons like the monkey god Lord Hanuman, Sun Wu Kong, and the White Monkey of Thai Boxing.
